2. Products & Fulfillment

Most physical products are printed and fulfilled by third-party providers.
This means:

  • Processing times may vary by product type

  • Shipping speeds depend on the carrier and your location

We do our best to keep you updated every step of the way.

 

 

3. Digital Products (Future Feature)

If digital downloads become available:

  • They will be for personal use only unless otherwise stated

  • You may not resell, redistribute, modify, upload, or use digital files commercially

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates. Carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

In those cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Use

All artwork, illustrations, designs, images, logos, and creative content from Galactic Ink Club are original intellectual property. Unless you have written permission:

  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, print, upload, or distribute our designs

  • You may not use our art commercially

  • You may not use our designs to train AI systems

  • You may not create derivative works or merchandise

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or grant any licensing rights.

You agree not to use our website or products for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized activity

  • Violating intellectual property rights

  • Abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior

  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or damage the website
