 Each item we offer is made just for you, which means we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail. Here’s how it works:

 

 

💛 Made-to-Order Items (No Stock Waste)

All of our products are created on demand through professional print partners.
 Because of this:

✔ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • General buyer’s remorse

This policy helps prevent textile waste and keeps our production sustainable.

We encourage you to check the size charts on each product page before ordering.

 

 

⭐ If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
 If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Poor quality

  • Missing from the package

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are printed on demand, returns cannot be accepted at our PO Box.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us first at galacticinkshop@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement.

 

📦 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to the printer due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.
 Extra shipping charges may apply.

Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier cannot be refunded.

 

 

✨ Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, we’ll help you investigate.
 If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we will send a replacement.

 

 

👕 Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer size or style exchanges.

 

 

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Lost packages

  • Incorrect orders

  • Items that cannot be fulfilled

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after approval.
