Thank you for shopping at Galactic Ink Club! We create all products on demand, which means your order is made just for you and shipped as soon as it’s ready. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping times, tracking, and delivery.
📦 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times
All items are made-to-order through our professional print partners.
This helps reduce overproduction and waste, but it also means fulfillment isn’t instant.
Typical processing times:

Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts): 2–5 business days

Mugs, home goods, accessories: 2–5 business days

Wall art, posters: 2–4 business days

Holidays & peak seasons: Slightly longer processing times may occur
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

✈️ 3. Split Shipments
Because items are made on demand and fulfilled from different locations:

Your order may arrive in multiple packages

Products may ship at different times
This is normal and helps keep shipping fast and efficient.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
🚚 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive:

A shipping email with tracking information

Updates as the carrier scans your package along the way
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan.
❗ 5. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an address is incorrect:

Orders returned to the printer can be reshipped

Additional shipping charges may apply
We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
📭 6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is:

Lost in transit: we will replace it once confirmed by the carrier

Marked delivered but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members

Wait 48 hours (carrier updates can be early)

If still missing, contact us and we’ll assist you
Packages scanned as “delivered” cannot be refunded, but we’ll work with you to help resolve the issue.
